Job summary

HumanGood seeks a Sr Program Manager, Healthspan & Strategy to translate approved programs into organized workplans, coordinate activities across departments and external partners, and provide clear status updates to leadership. The role drives execution of Healthspan initiatives and enterprise priorities with a collaborative, cross-functional approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, project or program management, social sciences, or related field.
• Five or more years of progressively responsible project, program, strategy implementation, or related experience managing complex initiatives.
• Ability to translate strategies into structured workplans with milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and follow-up.
• Ability to coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives without direct supervisory authority.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and conflicts and facilitate escalation to leadership.
• Ability to prepare dashboards, updates, and briefs for leadership.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with documentation, stakeholder communication and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manages implementation of approved Healthspan pilots, programs, and initiatives; translates designs into workplans and coordinates stakeholders and partners.
• Manages external consulting, strategy, research, and services engagements; tracks dependencies and risks and escalates issues.
• Develops an enterprise-wide strategic initiative calendar and dashboard for visibility into milestones and risks.
• Coordinates regular follow-up with initiative owners for status updates and progress against plans.
• Identifies timing, dependency, and resource conflicts; facilitates discussions and escalates issues.
• Tracks initiatives against strategic/operating plans and prepares status information for leadership.
• Collects, analyzes, and summarizes project data to support leadership review and decision-making.
• Coordinates stakeholder input, consolidates feedback, and resolves conflicts or escalates as appropriate.
• Documents decisions, action items, owners, and due dates; follows up on outstanding items.
