Job summary

Edmundite Missions seeks a HealthLink Program Manager to lead all HealthLink operations, oversee education programs, and coordinate Doc-On-the-Spot and partner clinics. You will ensure compliance with funding and organizational standards and manage data reporting for program outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and experience supervising staff in community health settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant community-program experience.
• Proven leadership and staff supervision experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to coordinate multiple partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead HealthLink operations including RxAssist, diabetes, A1C and BP programs, nutrition and education.
• Coordinate Doc-On-the-Spot clinic and visiting clinics; provide administrative oversight.
• Ensure compliance with funder/organizational requirements and manage data reporting.
