This role emphasizes collaboration with CCC peers and a strong focus on process consistency. Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years in customer-facing roles, excellent communication, and proficiency with Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in a customer related role in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to translate expert knowledge to non-experts and tailor messages to target groups.
• Finds the right level of advice using appropriate media/channels.
• Realistic view of individual skills and competencies.
• Enthusiastic about observing and coaching others.
• Proficient with Microsoft functions; Excel is a MUST.
• Some data analytics knowledge.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end planning for allocation and deployment of field resources.
• Develop and deliver training programs for Customer Service Coordinators and ensure quality/process oversight.
• Perform CCC-Ops staffing and workload redistribution with Workforce Management.
• Understand and apply situational leadership; proxy for managers as needed.
• Apply statistical/logical techniques to describe and illustrate data.
• Proactively identify improvements and suggest implementation strategies.
