Job summary

Oracle Health seeks a Staff Consultant to join the Clairvia Consulting team, helping healthcare organizations optimize workforce management, staffing, scheduling, and clinical operations through the Clairvia Solution Suite.

You will partner with healthcare organizations to understand challenges, design workflows, configure Clairvia solutions, and guide customers through adoption, delivering measurable value across operations and patient care.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% (may include international travel).

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discussions to understand current-state clinical and operational workflows, business requirements, and desired outcomes.
• Design future-state workflows and recommend Clairvia solutions that improve workforce and workload management.
• Guide customers through solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, and adoption.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with clinical, operational, technical, and executive stakeholders.
• Coach customers on data collection, system-design requirements, workflow decisions, and implementation best practices.
• Analyze customer requirements and data to determine the optimal solution design and configuration.
• Configure and build Clairvia solutions as needed to support customer requirements.
• Identify, manage, escalate, and communicate project risks, issues, dependencies, and solution status.
• Partner with internal Oracle project teams to coordinate timelines, configuration requests, project updates, and implementation activities.
• Build strong customer relationships and navigate complex stakeholder situations to keep projects moving toward successful outcomes.
• Support customers through organizational and workflow changes to drive solution adoption and measurable value.
• Maintain clear project documentation and communicate effectively with customer and Oracle leadership.
