Job summary

Oracle Health seeks a Clinical Consultant to support Federal healthcare customers implementing the Health System Operations suite. You will leverage your clinical experience and healthcare operations knowledge to improve workflows and achieve operational objectives.

You will partner with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to evaluate workflows, support future-state design, and guide customers through organizational change during technology adoption.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse with clinical operations experience.

In this role, you will leverage your clinical experience and healthcare operations knowledge to help customers improve workflows, support solution adoption, and achieve operational objectives.

As a member of a consulting team, you will partner with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to evaluate current workflows, support future-state design activities, and assist customers through organizational change associated with technology adoption. You will contribute to implementation activities, operational readiness efforts, and optimization initiatives while developing expertise in Oracle Health solutions and Federal healthcare operations.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with healthcare operations experience and strong communication skills. Experience with healthcare technology, EHR systems, healthcare consulting, or clinical informatics is beneficial but not required.
