Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) and active RN license.
• Eight+ years of combined clinical, healthcare operations, consulting, or healthcare IT experience.
• At least three years optimizing healthcare revenue cycle processes.
• One year of clinical consulting/HCIT experience.
• Experience improving clinical documentation workflows and supporting revenue integrity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical SME for Oracle Millennium implementations, focusing on Clinically Driven Workload Reconciliation.
• Lead clinical workflow sessions and solution optimization to support operational and financial objectives.
• Analyze clinical documentation workflows for coding, charge capture, revenue cycle, and regulatory alignment.
• Guide healthcare organizations in adopting best practices to improve documentation integrity and compliance.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings with nursing, physicians, and operational leadership.
• Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and organizational transformation.
