Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking a Sr. Consultant to join our Clairvia Consulting team to optimize workforce management, staffing, scheduling, and clinical operations with the Clairvia Solution Suite.

This client-facing role partners with healthcare organizations to design workflows, configure Clairvia solutions, and guide adoption, while traveling up to 80% to support projects across the United States and internationally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years combined higher education and relevant professional experience.
• Experience in HCIT consulting or healthcare technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel up to 80% based on client/project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discussions to understand current-state workflows and requirements.
• Design future-state workflows and Clairvia solutions.
• Guide customers through configuration, implementation, testing, and adoption.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders across clinical, operational, technical, and executive levels.
• Coach customers on data collection and workflow decisions.
• Identify and communicate project risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with Oracle project teams to coordinate timelines and updates.
• Build relationships and drive adoption of Clairvia solutions.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate with leadership.
