Oracle Health is seeking a Sr. Consultant to join our Clairvia Consulting team, helping healthcare organizations optimize workforce management, staffing, scheduling, and clinical operations through the Clairvia Solution Suite.

This client-facing role partners with healthcare organizations to design workflows, configure Clairvia solutions, and guide customers through adoption. You will work at the intersection of healthcare operations, technology, and consulting, helping hospitals improve how

Qualifications

Experience partnering with healthcare organizations to understand workflows and requirements.
Design and implement Clairvia solutions in healthcare settings.
Willingness to travel up to 80% and work in client environments.
U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Lead discussions with stakeholders to capture current-state workflows and business requirements.
Design future-state workflows and recommend Clairvia solutions to improve staffing and workload management.
Guide customers through solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, and adoption.
Facilitate meetings with clinical, operational, technical, and executive stakeholders.
Coach customers on data collection, system design, and implementation best practices.
Identify risks and dependencies, and communicate status to Oracle teams and clients.
Build strong client relationships and navigate complex stakeholder dynamics to keep projects on track.
Support organizational change and measure value realization post-implementation.
