Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of project coordination and/or office management experience.
• Experience with database management, reporting, and presentations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and e‑mail/calendaring.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate clinical, non‑clinical and quality improvement projects and programs.
• Develop training materials and facilitate staff training and education.
• Track progress, manage work assignments and schedule meetings.
• Provide administrative support including calendar management and travel planning.
