Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Health Pauley Heart Center is seeking a Program Manager to lead operational management, strategic programs, and facilities initiatives that support academic, clinical, and research missions. You will coordinate education programs, oversee space planning, and serve as a liaison with university and external partners.

The role emphasizes independent judgment, project coordination across multiple departments, and effective communication with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent.
• Three years of program coordination and project management experience.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Ability to manage confidential matters and exercise judgment.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational management and coordination of strategic programs and administrative operations.
• Coordinate Cardiac CT/MRI education programs with Brightpoint Community College and partners.
• Develop and improve processes, workflows, and operational effectiveness.
• Lead office administration, facilities management, and space utilization activities.
• Coordinate renovation and facilities-related projects and vendor/contractor activities.
• Support the Director and liaise with university leadership, health system leaders, and external partners.
