Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate workforce programs aligned with organizational needs.
• Partner with HR and leaders to identify gaps and translate to strategies.
• Build relationships with colleges, schools, and partners.
• Coordinate initiatives from development to implementation, with timelines and deliverables.
• Support participants through recruitment, onboarding, training, and career navigation.
• Track participation and outcomes and report to leaders and funders.
• Support grant-funded workforce initiatives including funding opportunities, grant writing, and compliance.
• Represent the organization in regional workforce initiatives and partnerships.
