The role emphasizes senior leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration across healthcare clients, with up to 50% travel and participation in incentive programs.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprise-scale Workday HCM platform implementations with an emphasis in the healthcare industry.
• Experience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management.
• Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills to establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
• Ability to establish credibility with senior-level client executives based on expertise and professionalism.
• Proven thought leadership indicated by speaking engagements and/or publications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects of different scale and duration.
• Ability to train and develop Huron staff in project-management and technical dimensions.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
