Qualifications

• 5+ years leading enterprise IT infrastructure deployment projects.
• Experience coordinating large multi-site deployments (hundreds/thousands of field assets).
• Proven ability to work in regulated environments such as hospitals or healthcare facilities.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, cabling providers, and field services teams.
• Ability to coordinate facilities activities (ceiling access, lift access, maintenance windows, after-hours work).
• Strong stakeholder communication across technical, operational, facilities, and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of a large-scale, multi-site wireless infrastructure deployment.
• Manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, resources, and sequencing across facilities.
• Coordinate with facilities, construction, building maintenance, security, environmental services, and site operations teams.
• Oversee access requirements, ceilings, lifts, construction schedules, and after-hours work.
• Coordinate cabling contractors, installation vendors, and field services teams.
• Collaborate with hospital departments, IT operations, and clinical leadership to minimize disruption.
• Track progress, site readiness, vendor deliverables, dependencies, and milestones.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to scheduling, delays, supply chain, and vendor performance.
• Facilitate cross-team communication and issue resolution; maintain status reports and dashboards.
• Ensure project closeout with proper validation, punch lists, and documentation.
