Qualifications

• On-site work at WMHS customer locations and immunization requirements.
• 2 years of industry-related experience in a customer service role preferred, or equivalent education.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Travels between customer healthcare facilities to monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for WMHS programs.
• Interacts professionally with onsite customer staff to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded.
• Maintains a rigid collection and service schedule.
• Communicates duty status on a defined schedule.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
