Job summary

WM is seeking a Hospital Services Worker to travel between customer healthcare facilities, proactively collecting and exchanging waste containers for programs such as Sharps Management, Pharmaceutical Waste, and Document Management. You will maintain a strict service schedule and coordinate with on-site staff to ensure expectations are met.

The role requires on-site presence at WMHS locations, immunization compliance, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• On-site presence and immunization requirements per customer facilities.
• 2 years customer service experience preferred or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Travel between healthcare facilities to collect, monitor, and exchange waste containers for Stericycle programs.
• Interact professionally with on-site customer staff to meet service expectations.
• Maintain a rigid collection and service schedule.
• Communicate duty status on a defined schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
