Job summary

WM Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Hospital Services Worker based in Florida to travel between customer facilities, proactively collecting and exchanging waste containers under programs such as Sharps Management, Pharmaceutical Waste, and Document Management. You will maintain a strict service schedule, interact professionally with onsite staff, and comply with immunization requirements and safety rules.

This role requires a valid driver's license and may involve lifting and moving carts

Qualifications

• Requires on-site presence at WMHS customer locations and immunization compliance.
• 2 years industry-related experience in customer service preferred, or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or GED (accredited).

Responsibilities

• Travels between customer healthcare facilities to proactively monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for WMHS programs.
• Interacts professionally with onsite customer staff to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded.
• Maintains a rigid collection and service schedule.
• Communicates duty status on a defined schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
