WM is seeking a Hospital Services Technician to travel between customer healthcare facilities, collecting and exchanging waste containers as part of WM Healthcare Solutions programs. The role emphasizes professional interaction with staff and adherence to a strict service schedule.

The position requires on-site presence, immunization compliance, and a valid driver's license; preferred candidates will have 2+ years in customer service or related work. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires on-site presence at WMHS customer locations and compliance with mandatory immunization requirements
• 2 years industry-related experience in customer service or equivalent work experience
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Travel between customer healthcare facilities to monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for WMHS programs
• Interact professionally with onsite customer staff to meet or exceed service expectations
• Maintain a rigid collection and service schedule
• Communicate duty status on a defined schedule
• Perform other duties as assigned
