Job summary

WM is seeking a Hospital Services Technician to travel between customer healthcare facilities, proactively collecting and exchanging waste containers for WMHS programs such as Sharps, Pharmaceutical Waste, and Document Management. No prior hospital experience is required; training will be provided.

You will maintain a strict service schedule, interact professionally with staff, and comply with immunization requirements and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• On-site presence required at WMHS customer locations.
• 2 years industry-related customer service experience preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travels between customer healthcare facilities to proactively monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for WMHS programs.
• Interacts professionally with onsite customer staff to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded.
• Maintains a rigid collection and service schedule.
• Communicates duty status on a defined schedule.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
