WM Healthcare Solutions seeks a Hospital Services Worker to travel between healthcare facilities, proactively collecting and exchanging waste containers for WMHS programs including Sharps, Pharmaceutical Waste, and Document Management.

The role requires on-site presence, immunization compliance, and strong communication skills to maintain a strict service schedule. A valid driver’s license is required, and the position offers a base pay of $23.75/hour plus overtime with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• On-site presence at WMHS customer locations and compliance with immunization requirements.
• Minimum 2 years industry experience in a customer service role or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Travels between customer healthcare facilities to proactively monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for WMHS programs.
• Interacts professionally with onsite customer staff to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded.
• Maintains a rigid collection and service schedule.
• Communicates duty status on a defined schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
