Job summary

Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled Supply Chain - Logistics Supervisor to lead the medical supply warehouse and ensure efficient storage, inventory control, and distribution within the hospital. This full-time role supports Distributions Services and par-level management in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, supervisory capability, and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.

Qualifications

College degree or 3 years in healthcare environment.
2 year supervisory experience; 3 years preferred.
License/Certification: Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
Must have warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage warehouse staff, including training scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Coordinates and supports the management of storage and timely delivery of all stock supplies within the hospital.
Ensures that all inventory items are accounted for within the automated inventory system by maintaining close liaison with Purchasing’s Analysts.
Demonstrates proactive approaches to identify and address employee issues; communicates findings.
Participates in the development of both long and short-range goals for the department and services.
Performs other duties as assigned/required.
