Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest seeks a Facility Supply Chain Supervisor to lead on-site supply chain activities, including receiving, distribution, replenishment and inventory management across storerooms. You will coordinate staff, prepare schedules, and drive improvements while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include addressing facility-based issues, supporting patient safety reporting, and ensuring accurate transport and delivery of medications and devices as

Qualifications

• 3–5 years material management experience (Required) or equivalent OR experience
• On-site supervision of processing, inventory and delivery of orders
• Knowledge of safety and infection control practices, MSDS and OSHA standards

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site supply chain activities as directed by Director/COO
• Oversee receiving, distributing, replenishment and storeroom safety stock
• Coordinate, manage and evaluate supply chain personnel
• Prepare schedules for on-site operations
• Address facility-based supply chain issues and opportunities
• Ensure compliance with patient safety and reporting procedures
• Transport and deliver required medications and devices as needed
