Responsibilities

  • Receives, manages, and replenishes supplies daily to prevent shortages while avoiding excess.
  • Ensures received products match orders; documents discrepancies.
  • Maintains quality control: packaging integrity, sterility, expiration dates; uses FIFO/FEFO as needed.
  • Performs routine cycle counts and updates inventory records.
  • Maintains floor stock levels for patient care areas; reviews utilization data.
