Job summary

Option Care Health Inc. seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to manage the daily flow of clinical supplies between the pharmacy and nursing departments. You will coordinate purchasing, sourcing, and timely deliveries while maintaining accurate inventory and cost control.

Responsibilities include communicating with clinicians and PSRs, generating orders, and ensuring compliance with policies. Ability to travel ~50% and strong basic PC skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating verbally with diverse audiences by phone and in writing.
• Basic PC skills: start/shut down, switch programs, save/print files, online access.
• Basic email skills and ability to compose professional messages.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient contact to ascertain supply needs and establish relationships.
• Generate patient orders and manage the shipping schedule.
• Coordinate with Nurse and Pharmacist to ensure availability of supplies.
• Source cost-effective products and manage inventory in line with procedures.
• Assist in physical inventory and monitor equipment maintenance.
