Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily clinical supplies flow between the pharmacy and nursing departments. You will work with PSRs and clinicians to ensure timely deliveries and maintain inventory in compliance with company policies.

The role requires interfacing with nurses, pharmacists, and vendors to confirm availability and schedule shipments. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Requires strong verbal and written communication, and ability to use basic computer programs.
• Must be able to manage inventory, sourcing, and purchasing according to procedures.
• Experience working in warehouse or delivery settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs patient contact to assess supply needs and coordinates with clinicians.
• Purchases all supplies following correct procedures and sources cost-effective products.
• Maintains accurate inventory and participates in physical counts and restocking.
• Safeguards confidential patient information and adheres to policies.
• Completes incident reports (QAR) and escalates issues to leadership.
• Participates in on-call responsibilities if needed.
• Performs additional duties assigned by General Manager.
