Job summary

Option Care Health, the nation’s largest home and alternate site infusion provider, seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to manage the daily flow of clinical supplies between the pharmacy and nursing teams. You’ll ensure timely deliveries and inventory accuracy while supporting purchasing and sourcing activities.

Responsibilities include coordinating shipping, maintaining inventory, and upholding regulatory and company policies. Travel up to 50% may be required in this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic PC and email/internet skills.
• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Experience in warehouse or delivery settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily flow of clinical supplies between pharmacy and nursing departments.
• Coordinate and execute shipping schedules; communicate with nurses and pharmacists.
• Source inventory and purchases; maintain cost-effective stock and contracts.
• Maintain accurate inventory and perform physical counts.
• Ensure confidentiality and comply with legal guidelines.
• Assist in on-call duties as needed.
