Job summary

Option Care Health in Gainesville, FL seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to manage the daily flow of clinical supplies between the pharmacy and nursing teams, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries of supplies and medications as directed.

You will source inventory, purchase items, and maintain accurate counts while safeguarding patient confidentiality and collaborating with clinicians. Will travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating verbally and in writing to diverse audiences.
• Basic PC skills including start/shut down computers and file management.
• Basic email and online communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs patient contact to ascertain supply needs and documents accordingly; generates patient orders and coordinates shipping schedules.
• Purchases supplies following procedures; sources cost-effective products and minimizes freight costs.
• Maintains accurate inventory, participates in physical counts, and manages inventory control and equipment tracking.
• Observes confidentiality of patient and company information.
• Participates in medication/equipment incident reporting and on-call duties.
• Accepts other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
