Job summary

Assort Health is hiring a Business Value Specialist to quantify and communicate customer value across the journey. You will build ROI analyses for health systems, defend value with executives, and scale the value methodology across go-to-market teams.

The role offers high ownership, the potential to grow into leading a team, and opportunities to shape the playbook and tools used in all customer engagements.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years in management consulting, value engineering, or strategic finance; you build defensible models yourself.
• Healthcare expertise: you understand healthcare economics and the national benchmarks that matter.
• Executive presence: comfortable presenting and defending quantitative analyses with health system and PE-backed executives.
• You've built a program from scratch (methodology, process, training) and gotten a field team to adopt it.
• Structured thinker with exceptional communication skills and a high degree of agency.
• You use AI aggressively in your daily work, as a real force multiplier on how much you can ship.

Responsibilities

• Build executive-grade ROI models and business cases for our largest health system and provider group opportunities
• Present and defend value analyses with customer executives alongside our account teams
• Support Customer Success on business reviews and renewals with realized-value analyses
• Own Assort's value methodology: metric definitions, baselines, and realized-value measurement across the customer lifecycle
• Create self-service value tools with Product Marketing, including calculators and specialty impact reports, that let reps quantify value on any deal
• Train and certify the field on value methodology and positioning
• Partner across Sales, CS, Product, Marketing, and Finance to embed value thinking into how we sell and serve
• Own the business value playbook end to end, then hire and lead the team as the function grows
