Job summary

Montefiore Hudson Valley Collaborative seeks a Value Measurement Analyst to translate business needs into measurable metrics and compelling narratives. You will own data visualization and analysis across Epic and non-Epic data sources, partnering with Digital and Data teams to deliver actionable insights for patients and clinicians.

The role requires hands-on ROI analysis, strong SQL and Excel skills, and experience in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in analytics, computer science, or related field.
• 3+ years in healthcare analytics, product analytics, or digital health analytics.
• Epic Cogito certification and experience with Epic data and reporting environments.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to run complex queries.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and Digital teams to define problems and the metrics that inform decisions.
• Develop deep understanding of processes and the insights that matter for outcomes.
• Create data visualizations using Excel, Power BI, and Epic tools; build ROI or value-impact analyses.
