Job summary

Mitel in Charlotte, NC is seeking an elite Enterprise Net New Logo Acquisition Hunter to drive healthcare sector growth for Unified Communications and Collaboration solutions.

You will identify and close new healthcare organizations, build executive relationships, and navigate long sales cycles, coordinating with IT and clinical leadership to deliver secure, compliant communications that improve patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise B2B sales, with UCaaS/CCaaS exposure.
• Experience selling to hospitals, health systems, or IDNs.
• Proven track record closing large, long-cycle deals.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare IT environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and close new healthcare enterprise opportunities.
• Develop executive relationships with CIOs, CMIOs, and admins.
• Lead full sales cycle from discovery to procurement.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Marketing.
• Forecast pipeline and achieve quarterly revenue targets.
• Navigate healthcare IT decision processes and compliance.
