Job summary
Mitel, a global leader in unified communications, is seeking an elite Enterprise Net New Logo Acquisition Hunter to drive growth in healthcare. You will identify and close new enterprise healthcare orgs, hospitals, and providers with 1,000+ employees, guiding complex deals through a modern communications stack.
You will engage CIOs, CMIOs, IT and clinical leaders to understand digital health initiatives, HIPAA compliance, and patient engagement, delivering value-based, MEDDIC-driven sales
Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in UCaaS/CCaaS/SaaS, healthcare preferred.
- Familiarity with hospital environments and HIPAA compliance.
- Proven ability to close large, complex enterprise deals.
- Experience generating new business in greenfield territories.
- Knowledge of EHR integrations and contact center environments.
- Strong communication and executive engagement skills.
Responsibilities
- Prospect strategically within healthcare organizations.
- Build executive relationships with CIOs, CMIOs, and administrators.
- Drive complex sales cycles from engagement to close.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Marketing on tailored proposals.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for hospital networks and IDNs.
- Maintain robust pipeline and accurate forecasts in Salesforce.
- Monitor healthcare IT trends and regulatory considerations.
- Exceed quarterly and annual new logo revenue targets.
