Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 2+ years in management consulting or healthcare strategy/transformation.
• Experience solving strategic and operational problems for large-scale businesses.
• Healthcare industry experience, preferably payer or health insurance.
• Strong analytical capabilities including financial modeling and data interpretation.
• Ability to develop data-driven recommendations and executive storytelling.

Responsabilidades

• Support execution of complex cross-functional workstreams.
• Apply hypothesis-driven problem solving to strategic and operational challenges.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses for business cases.
• Synthesize findings into executive-level stories and PowerPoint decks.
• Develop data-backed deliverables with limited rework.
