Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, education, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of training, education, program coordination experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare education or clinical training preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, implement, and oversee short-term healthcare training programs.
• Coordinate with instructors to support routine training and certifications.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and develop workforce solutions.
• Identify training needs and develop open-enrollment and customized programs.
• Develop instructors pool and manage resources for program delivery.
• Promote awareness of healthcare training and maintain professional competence.
