Job summary

Tulsa Tech is seeking a part-time, non-exempt role to support professional and personal development education across assigned programs. You will coordinate and deliver instructional support, ensure proper documentation, and communicate with campus and training-site staff to enhance the client experience.

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in health-related programs, an active RN license, and a valid Oklahoma driver's license.

Qualifications

  • Two years of experience coordinating/training health-related programs or in a health-related field with clinical lab experience.
  • RN license required.
  • Valid Oklahoma Driver's License.
  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare and education laws.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient class start-up with materials, roster, and instructor packets.
  • Ensure class wrap-up: collect grades, certificates, and enter final grades.
  • Maintain communication with campus and off-campus staff to support instructional needs.
  • Assist with scheduling, program documentation, and tracking requirements.
  • Support compliance with Tulsa Tech policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with instructors to support instructional success and student needs.
  • Perform daily operations: logistics, inquiries, and special projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
