Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer on its Madison, WI campus who will lead in-person and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff. You will be the first point of contact for many staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic and supporting life-saving outcomes.

You will oversee instructional design and the development of training materials and scenarios, collaborating with teams to design workflow-based content and drive meaningful software adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating classroom-style trainings for diverse user groups.
• Ability to design training materials, scenarios, and instructional content.
• Familiarity with healthcare environments or users is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff.
• Serve as the first point of contact for staff and users during training onboarding.
• Develop training materials and scenarios from design through delivery.
• Collaborate with teams to design workflow-based training content and optimize user experience.
