Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer based on our Madison, WI campus, with relocation assistance. You’ll lead in-person and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and healthcare users, becoming the first contact for staff and shaping their experience as they transition to Epic.

You’ll design training, develop materials and scenarios, collaborate with teams to align workflows, and occasionally travel 25-60% as part of delivering world-class education; the role combines classroom and project work in a

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher (any major) required.
Experience in education, teaching, or performance preferred.
Demonstrated history of academic and professional success.
Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days with typical months including 1-2 trips lasting 2-4 days.
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
COVID-19 vaccination.
