Job summary

Netsmart is seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver engaging training for clients and internal teams in the health tech space. You will create multi-modal communications, develop product knowledge, and ensure training aligns with client needs.

You will manage logistics, deliver onsite and remote sessions, and collaborate with implementation and services teams to empower customers with practical Netsmart solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in implementation, product management, or training.
• Ability to translate complex tech concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify and solve client and end-user challenges through a clear and concise training methodology.
• Produce engaging product documentation and trainings for remote and onsite sessions.
• Manage training logistics including calendar, registrations, attendance, and setups.
• Develop deep Netsmart product and partner integration expertise.
• Work cross-functionally, advocating for end users to align messaging.
• Support implementation and managed services teams in training new customers.
• Communicate functionality and technical concepts to diverse users.
