UC San Diego seeks an Assistant Training Program Coordinator to support professional health education activities in Hillcrest. The role coordinates program operations, learner scheduling, and accreditation while serving as a liaison for learners and rotations.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with related experience or six years of related work, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with health education systems. Onsite work with occasional after-hours may apply.

Formación

• Six years of related experience OR a Bachelor's degree and four years of related experience.
• Basic knowledge of relevant policies and regulatory requirements.
• Basic knowledge of health professions education industry.
• Communication skills; includes verbal, written and active listening.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates implementation of professional health educational activities.
• Applies acquired skills, process, and policy knowledge to support learners in the health education program.
• Coordinates program operations including teaching, curriculum, learner scheduling, databases, compliance tracking, and accreditation.
• Serves as point person for learners and clinical rotations, continuity clinic, and community activities.
