Job summary

UC San Diego Health seeks a Pediatric Residency Program Coordinator to independently manage curriculum, evaluations, learner compliance tracking, database maintenance, and program recruitment. The role partners with residency leadership and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations across UCSD's Pediatric Residency Program.

Under general supervision, you will oversee core curriculum implementation, reporting, and alignment with GME policies, maintaining confidential records and liaison

Qualifications

• Six (6) years of related experience, education/training, OR a Bachelor's degree in related area plus two years of related experience/training.
• Thorough knowledge of policies and regulatory requirements for health professions education.
• Experience with program analysis and data management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of the Pediatric Residency Program's core curriculum, including evaluations and learner assessment.
• Maintain program databases and communications, support recruitment and ranking activities.
• Serve as liaison between program leadership, residents, and graduate medical education offices.
• Ensure confidentiality and efficient daily operation with timely completion of tasks.
