Job summary

Oklahoma City Indian Clinic seeks a Training Program Administrator to drive workforce development across the clinic, aligning programs with Joint Commission standards and OKCIC values. You will design curricula, deliver training, and evaluate outcomes to improve competency and patient care.

The role requires extensive instructional design experience in a healthcare setting, strong communication, and proficiency with Paycom HR systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; or equivalent years of experience.
7–10 years instructional design and delivery experience, preferably in healthcare.
Mastery of adult learning theories and LMS administration.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Assess training needs and develop curricula, e learning modules, and instructional materials.
Coordinate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training; maintain records.
Manage training schedules, attendance, competency records, and evaluations.
Gathers feedback to identify improvements and works with HR and leadership.
Enter data and run reports in Paycom; ensure regulatory compliance.
Support performance improvement initiatives and training coordination across the clinic.
