Soleo Health is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth in the Dallas, TX market. You will lead consultative physician office sales, develop new business, and expand referral networks.

You will leverage market data and strategic planning to achieve patient recruitment goals, strengthen relationships with providers, and deliver measurable results in a competitive healthcare landscape.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of five years health care experience, including three in sales or customer advocacy.
• Broad knowledge of bleeding disorder community, specialty pharmacy and infusion sales.
• Data, reporting tools and market analytics to identify opportunities.
• Strong business acumen and awareness of competitive activity.

Aufgaben

• Develop new accounts and expand existing ones by calling on referral sources and customers.
• Identify, target, and secure new referral sources to drive growth and patient acquisition.
• Educate patients and physician referral sources about the company offerings.
• Maintain frequent value-added contact with customers to encourage loyalty.
• Negotiate contracts with referral sources and payors under corporate supervision.
• Assist in development of annual marketing plan for the company.
• Submit daily call reports and territory analyses in a timely manner.
