The role involves in-person visits, presentations, and trainings, with close collaboration to align sales activities with company strategy and provide actionable market insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan aligned with company goals.
• Acquire new healthcare provider accounts and expand existing business.
• Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Serve as the primary contact for physicians, clinics, and healthcare organizations.
• Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and in-service trainings.
• Partner with Laboratory Service Assistants (LSAs) to ensure seamless client support.
• Work closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing to align sales activities with company strategy.
• Provide leadership with insights on market trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
• Accurately track activities and pipeline using company CRM and analytics tools.
