Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth in the Philadelphia, PA area and surrounding markets. This role focuses on consultative physician office sales, new business development, and customer service for all IG and Specialty therapies.

The ideal candidate will leverage market intelligence and territory data to prioritize targets, develop actionable plans, and expand referral networks to meet business objectives. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of five years healthcare experience including three years in a sales or customer advocate role.
• Knowledge of bleeding disorder community, specialty pharmacy and infusion sales is a plus.
• Ability to utilize data, reporting tools, and market analytics to identify opportunities and drive territory strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and expand existing ones by coordinating daily visits to referral sources.
• Identify and secure new referral sources, physician practices and health systems to grow territory and patient referrals.
• Educate patients and referral sources about Soleo Health products and services.
