Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Territory Sales Executive to own a designated territory and act as the commercial leader for customer engagements. You will drive growth, manage relationships at executive levels, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes across products and services.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of sales or account management experience in healthcare. Travel within the territory is required; base pay is $85-95k with an uncapped variable target and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with minimum of five (5) years of sales, account management, or related experience.
• Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and managing complex customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of healthcare supply chain operations and health system dynamics.
• Experience developing strategic account plans and executing territory growth strategies.
• Expertise in strategic selling, consultative selling, and account planning.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain executive and operational customer relationships.
• Strong financial acumen and business management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead territory strategy and forecast with CRM accuracy and quarterly planning.
• Develop account plans and stakeholder mapping for prioritised customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver outcomes.
• Drive pricing and deal strategy within defined guardrails.
• Manage P&L and sustain profitable growth across portfolio.
