Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a seasoned sales leader to manage a regional territory across Ohio, West Virginia, Western PA and parts of Kentucky. You will drive revenue, lead a sales team, and build C-suite relationships while ensuring forecast accuracy and contract compliance.

The role requires 13+ years in B2B sales or healthcare-related fields, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong CRM and pricing knowledge. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 13+ years of relevant B2B sales and healthcare supply chain experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of hospital systems and distribution networks.
• Proven leadership, coaching and team-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates and drives territory customer relationships with key accounts.
• Develops gain-share strategies and drives new business within existing and new accounts.
• Maintains contract compliance and manages pricing approvals.
• Leads RFP processes and coordinates cross-functional responses.
• Provides forecasting data and oversees quarterly business reviews.
