Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Global Territory Sales Executive to lead the Pittsburgh Western PA region. You will own the territory, drive revenue growth, manage relationships with health system accounts, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions across products and services.

The role requires strategic account planning, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to visit customers within the assigned territory. Travel is required to cover PA region and surrounding markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with minimum of five (5) years of sales, account management, or related experience.
• Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and managing complex customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of healthcare supply chain operations and health system dynamics with experience working with health systems, IDNs, GPOs, or healthcare providers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Territory Strategy and Forecast: account segmentation, cross-functional resource alignment, CRM updates and territory forecasting.
• Account Plan: develop top selling initiatives, stakeholder mapping, and product roadmaps for preferred suppliers.
• Deal pursuit and pricing: qualify opportunities and manage quotes within defined guardrails.
• Informs and collaborates with Sales Leadership, Operations, and Product teams on forecasts, feedback, and priorities.
