Vasion, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager to own the post-sales technical relationship for healthcare accounts, ensuring platform health, adoption, and growth after go-live.

You will collaborate with hospital IT teams, manage risk, and drive value across renewals and expansions. The role focuses on preventing deployment risk, planning twelve-month technical roadmaps, and enabling customers to maximize secure print and document workflows within EHR contexts.

Qualifications

• Post-sales advisory and account health management
• Experience communicating with hospital IT leadership and clinicians
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship across healthcare accounts and drive adoption
• Plan twelve-month technical roadmaps with account teams
• Advise on deployment, stability risk, and configuration changes
• Lead escalation responses with Support and Engineering
• Coordinate services, renewals, and entitlements across your book
• Identify new use cases and build the technical case with Success and Sales
