Cityblock Health is seeking a Technology Systems Support Analyst to provide backend support for our EHR, CRM, scheduling platform, and other technology tools that power our health services.

You will collaborate with Product, Clinical, Reporting, and Data Platform teams to optimize configurations, enable data connectivity, and support vendor engagements while contributing to scalable solutions in a fast-paced startup setting.

Qualifications

• 3 years of work experience in health tech systems or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of EHR, CRM, and scheduling platforms.
• Ability to document system configurations and processes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide backend support and maintenance for EHR, CRM, scheduling platform, and related systems; troubleshoot issues with internal teams and vendors.
• Support system optimization and integration efforts to improve workflows and data connectivity.
• Create and maintain documentation for system processes, integrations, and configurations.
