• 3+ years of experience in their functional area.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Track record of building or improving systems, processes, or organizations.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments.
• Genuine passion for System's mission and the PBC model.
• Analytical mindset and familiarity with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Help build and scale the operational, commercial, and organizational systems that support our mission.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and research to drive alignment and execution.
• Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous, high-stakes problems.
• Represent System's values and mission externally with partners, customers, and the public.
