Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Healthcare Customer Service experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to all incoming contacts including workflow issues, errors, access problems and functionality concerns.
• Achieve a high-resolution rate with over 90% of issues resolved at first contact.
• Provide professional customer service following scripts, workflows and corporate policies.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Maintain focus and accuracy while monitoring computer screens during the shift.
