Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Healthcare Tech Manager - Epic Patient Access to lead Epic-based patient access initiatives in remote US settings. You will design, implement, and optimize Epic workflows, combining hands-on build with stakeholder collaboration to drive successful deployments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Epic Patient Access, Epic builds/testing, and strong healthcare workflow knowledge, with travel averaging less than 50% based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Epic Prelude or Cadence certification is required.
• 5+ years of experience with Epic Patient Access workflows.
• 5+ years of Epic implementations or optimizations.
• 5+ years of Epic build and testing experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operational workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Healthcare Tech Manager - Epic Patient Access to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will lead healthcare technology initiatives focused on patient access workflows, partnering with client stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize Epic-based solutions. The position combines hands-on system build and testing with workflow analysis, change support, and go-live execution across complex healthcare environments. It also requires close collaboration with project teams and operational leaders to improve efficiency, strengthen user adoption, and support successful delivery outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000-$150,000 annually
